Meet Our Staff
Our Broker and Property Manager is Brent Hamner. He has been managing real estate investments for clients for over 18 years. Brent is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), the nation's only professional organization for managers of residential properties; and the Community Associations Institute.
Judy Hamner is our Community Association Manager. She has been providing community association management since 2004. Judy is a member of the Community Associations Institute, which provides educational resource support to managers of community associations.
Our Accounting Manager is Selu Loubert. Selu has operated a full service accounting and tax firm. She is a certified payroll specialist and QuickBooks advisor.
