Our office is located at 1006 Harris Ave. Suite 220 in Bellingham's Fairhaven District.
We provide management services for single-family homes, multi-family apartment complexes, manufactured
housing estates, community associations and commercial
properties. Additionally, we offer a number of prime rental properties to prospective tenants.

Brent Hamner is our Broker and Property Manager. He has been managing real estate investments for clients in Bellingham/Whatcom County
for over 16 years. Brent is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), the nation's only
professional organization for managers of residential properties; and the Community
Associations Institute, providing educational and resource support to managers of community associations.
Judy Hamner is our Community Association Manager. She worked as a
Registered Nurse for 30 years and is past president of the Nurses Union (St. Joseph Hospital,
Bellingham). In 2004, she began working as a Community Association Manager.
Our current management inventory includes 15 association of up to 100 members.
Selu Loubert is our Accounting Manager. She has operated a full service accounting and tax firm,
previously worked for a Bellingham property management company as bookkeeper,
as well as for a mining company and food processing company. Selu is a certified payroll specialist and Quickbooks Advisor.
