Monthly Rent Due Date

Rent payments are due on the first of each month, and we offer a 5 day grace period. If rents are received after the 5th of the month, a $50 late charge will be automatically assessed. If the 5th falls on a weekend, rent must be paid by the end of business on Friday to avoid a late charge.

Maintenance Requests

If your rental property is in need of maintenance, please contact us via phone, fax or email.

Move Out Notification

Tenants are required to provide us with written Notice of Intent to Vacate per the terms of the lease agreement and the Washington State Landlord Tenant Act.
